Week 12 - 2023 Le Trans Sea Freight Market Update

At the beginning of March 2023, the freights to East Coast and Gulf decreased continuously. There are 2 to 3 times of reduction making the total amount of USD300-400 compared to early March.
EC main ports now remains at $1850 to $2000/FEU. For WC, there is no more fall in main port rates while IPI is just affected by some minor adjustment.
Predicting the April rates will keep the same as March, clients should plan to book soon to get good spot rates.
